Add/Remove Item

This is a Character Event. Using this event will add or remove an item from a [[character]'s inventory, if the alteration of the event is set to 1, then 1 item will be added. Likewise if the alteration is set to 5, 5 of the item will be added. To remove an item set the alteration to -1, then 1 item will be removed, and so on and so forth.
